Work-Run-Balance

Resource-Oriented Performance

The question for an executive is often: Balance or Burn-out? Mobility and movement are closely connected and this seminar makes you think and gets you going. But the focus is as much on inner and outer flexibility as on sports.

In this seminar you can have a closer look at the balance of work and private life and the meaning of it for your life as a whole. You will explore this balance and find a solution that what works specifically for you. A certain amount of stress is fine but too much will make you ill. You will learn to see where resources are missing and where the demands are too strong. You will find out the impact certain habits and practices have on you, your family and friends, and your motivation and performance at work. The overall focus is to (re-)gain a feeling for what is good for you and what keeps you healthy.
