A Training Program for Executives
In the beginning, leaders rely on being an expert. But in the long run, only those who have charisma and are highly competent in the area of communication will be successful.
In private conversations, when leading meetings and workshops - these are the areas where leadership takes place. Those who are able to provide an appropriate blend of leadership impulses and space for open participation, will generate success and motivate all those around them.
In this training program, executives can develop their potential for leadership and reach a high level of leadership competency. Four seminars and a supervision workshop will enable you to competently lead a team or department.
Skills and methods: These range from leading difficult conversations to creating presentations, planning and delegating complex tasks.- Reflecting on your role and your attitude: This will bring clarity about your specific personality, where your talents lie and where there is potential. It will open up new ways of thinking and behaving in different situations.
- Business instruments and processes: These are part of a modern leader's toolkit, and include work objectives, performance reviews, proposals to senior management, vision statements and working on projects.
The seminars of the training program
Assertive Leadership: How leadership works in reality, what adds quality and how it becomes clear and effective
Private conversations: Supporting, promoting and dealing with conflicts. A large part of leadership takes place within a conversation. And there is much you can do to handle those conversations successfully
Managing Productivity: How you can keep productivity high in everyday work life and how you can manage bigger tasks responsibly by using processes, structures and methods
Supervision: Allows you to reflect on your own learning and get support on practical leadership questions of your daily business or your on work in projects
Structure of the Program:
The seminar Assertive Leadership can be booked separately.
It is the basis for the whole training and takes place in a closed group. This will enhance the process of learning and make it possible for participants to meet in peer groups between meetings.
The duration of the whole training program with its four training courses and the supervision is 13 days and takes six to nine months to complete.
During the program we will support you personally by phone with your questions. A web-based share-point serves as a platform for exchange and cooperation during the training.
The effect of the training is best when your boss (or a mentor of your choice) is actively involved in the process of your development - in addition to our support.
