Marco Stoll

I was born in Winterthur in 1959, where ComTeam Academy & Consulting has its Swiss offices.  After graduating in Business Administration (Marketing) and studies in the United States, I worked for a leading reinsurance company for 14 years, holding various positions in marketing, management development, human resources and training. The close cooperation with people from all over the world strongly influenced my understanding and my beliefs about working with people and leadership in a multi-cultural environment.

 Since 1999, I have put this experience to use as a consultant and trainer in the fields of process and conflict management as well as cross-cultural cooperation. I enjoy working with teams and organisations where people from different cultures are represented. I believe that own insights and conclusions lead to true learning and change in behaviour and actions. Hence, I see my role more as the one of a guide and facilitator than a consultant.

For the past ten years, I have concentrated my personal development on systemic process management and conflict management.
