Born in 1957. Studied and trained in social sciences and philosophy, in therapeutic methods and project- management techniques. I've been working as a consultant and trainer for groups and organizations for nearly 20 years: in seminars, workshops and large-group events. And with change-projects, where the emphasis is on lasting results rather than on noise and commotion.
