Jürgen Hecker

Member of the Management board. Born 1956 in Karlsruhe; education in banking; after graduating from the banking academy in 1981 I started my career in the HR department in a major German bank. Most diverse meetings, workshops and training sessions on different hierarchical levels and the qualification of coaches and moderators were important experiences for me. Further development and self experience in TA, Hakomi, Gestalt, Psychodrama and Systemic Family-therapy supported me to develop my attitude and mode of operation further.

Accompanying change-processes in organizations, of teams and working groups as well as coaching, form the center of my work. To strengthen personal responsibility and power in implementation, is particularly important to me.

I live with my wife and our daughter in Holzkirchen.
