1. Architecture of complex projects
Complex projects need architecture and an alignment to sustainability. When large parts of the company are involved and the complexity of the theme involved reaches a strategic dimension, to be able to access situations and have a lot of experience is not enough. In this seminar you will learn to plan and realize larger projects in a way that they will last. We will explore with you possibilities to conduct complex and difficult situations in projects.
Contents:
- Examples of architecture for reorganization, development, IT-implementation, cultural change
- Linking-up and integrating of different project themes, interfaces with other projects and strategic positions
- Methods for generating quality of the content by participation management, benchmarking and integrating experts
- Decision procedures in projects and in the steering committee
2. Culture, Crisis, Resistance
Change is painful, sometimes more, sometimes less, because it is torn between forces that welcome change and those who want to preserve. In this seminar you will learn about four most typical processes of resistance against change and how you can deal with them. You will work out, how you yourself experienced change, ambivalence and resistance and how you can deal with them adequately and systemically in the process of the project. We will work with our own models and with elements out of systemic consulting.
Contents:
- Corporate Culture: models and ways for describing and developing corporate culture
- Rules: How culture is “ruling” everyday business life and how you can change limiting rules
- Participation management: intensity and forms of participation of different groups
- Crisis-intervention: Possibilities for reducing complexity as regards content and social issues, so that the project can go on despite a crisis
- Sources of resistance, barriers in change processes and how to solve and overcome them
3. Supervision
In 2 ½ days of supervision, you will have the chance and the time to reflect your own project-situations on the background of your learning. So your own questions will be the centre of the work here. Different processes of analysis and finding solutions will open up new perspectives and possibilities of action. The date of the supervision will be set together with the group.
