DGFP – Congress 2008

On June 5th and 6th the 16th DGFP-Congress for executives and personnel managers takes place in Wiesbaden. The fair “Personnel and Training” goes on simultaneously and gives a broad overview of all the topics relevant in the future in the field of personnel management, the slogan this time is: “Added Value Personnel – Professionalism is Crucial “

You can also visit Lorenz Forchhammer’s talk on Thursday, the 5th of June at 12.00 till 12.25: “True Change: What Do Those Involved in Change Processes Really Think ?”

Here the question will be discussed if change processes really are as bad as their reputation? Are the concerns about “too much” and “too fast” the main issues? Or are those involved actually glad, that something is going to happen which helps to weather the market cycles in these times of globalization? Do they see change as a chance and a positive challenge – given that you start projects competently and avoid mistakes?

In spring 2008 ComTeam has made a broad survey on these questions and the answers will be presented and interpreted by Lorenz Forchhammer in his talk. And you will also learn what is important to be considered right from the beginning in change projects if change is bound to be successful.
