On Friday, the 4th of May, 2007 the ComTeamForum will take place at our Hotel at the Tegernsee from 10a.m. till 5 p.m. You are very much welcome!
On the 4th of May you can discuss relevant topics in the field of consulting and training. You can choose those topics which are most interesting for you. Right now we are preparing the following topics:
- Experienced Leadership I: The situation of executives aged 50 and more and how they deal with being in the job for another 15 years. Presentation and discussion of the ComTeam-Survey 2007 “Leadership 50plus”
- Experienced Leadership II: What has to be different in qualifying programs for leaders aged 50 and more, so that those programs are attractive and relevant?
- What a crisis can teach us: Why is there a repetition of the same leadership mistakes crisis after crisis? And how is it possible to improve the employees’ loyalty again (which is only 15% according to the GALLUP studies)?
- Time for Leadership? Rationalization and process optimization brought about increased productivity but a heightened timing as well. So is there still time for leadership, for relationships and sustainability? And for learning and meaning? Or are the nineties with their “be efficient and human” gone for good?
- Healthcare: Not only because we are all getting older do we need a pro-active healthcare as a key-factor for high productivity. What are the costs of illness and what is the use of an active healthcare will we discuss here.
- MindShift: Everybody wants innovations but nobody wants those who are creative. What an organization can do to stay innovative and how they can manage to come up with something new all the time.
- Dealing with conflicts: There are many who can solve conflicts. But sometimes it is also necessary to accelerate conflicts in order to bring about better solutions. And you can learn how to do this. Why we need a culture that includes conflicts and how you can deal with them respectfully.
- ComTeam: Stages, stories, mile-stones in the history of the work of ComTeam.
Open atmosphere: We want to communicate in an open form, in changing small groups with changing topics. And during the breaks there will be many possibilities to socialize with others and to get to know each other. And we will invite you for snacks and drinks. Unfortunately the capacity of our hotel is limited, so we take the registrations in the order of their arrival.
