Quality Management at ComTeam: Again we got good grades from the participants of our seminars

We constantly adjust our seminars and training courses to new developments and changed situations in the economy and the companies. We can do that because the ComTeam consultants not only work in the training courses but in the daily consulting work in the companies as well. Therefore what changes in the concrete demands and necessities in the companies, the actual topics executives have to deal with and what is on the employees’ mind – it all has an influence on our work in the seminars and training courses.

Additionally we ask our seminar participants for feedback and this is a very important part when reflecting and developing our work. Some weeks after the training course, about half the number of the participants is asked about various aspects of the seminar and the practical impact of it. And it is random who will be called.

The average assessment in 2006 was 1.55 (according to the German marks in school: 1= best, 6= worst). So these grades confirm the satisfaction of our participants and we thank them for helping us doing a good job!

Since March 2006 ComTeam is a member of “Wuppertaler Kreis e.V.”, the German economy’s umbrella organization for educational institutions. This means a stamp of quality for our academy’s educational seminars for professionals and executives.
