ComTeam is growing: We have started an allied company in Switzerland

Training and qualification for business executives is what we offer our clients in Switzerland and we do it in open and in-house seminars. Some of the seminars are: “Assertive Leadership”, “Pit Stop Leadership” and they will be complemented by certain trainings enhancing the communicative skills and the capacities in decision making. In the context of our consulting work, the focus is on change-processes and business mediation.

“We have decided to start an allied company in Switzerland, because in our consulting work we deal a lot with international established companies, that have large allied companies in Germany and Switzerland as well “,explains Lorenz Forchhammer, CEO of the parent company ComTeam AG. “Nowadays, especially the work of business executives is mostly international oriented.”

It is precisely the long-term experience with international teams that qualify the new CEO of the Com Team Switzerland GmBH, Marco Stoll. The 47- year old Swiss has been a business executive in big companies acting globally and has been working in his own consulting business since 1999. The main areas of his work are process-management, qualifying business executives and helping organizations and teams with employees from many different cultures to improve their work.

As a first commission in Switzerland, Com Team will be conducting leadership- and team-development training courses for business executives from Italy, Germany and Switzerland.
