„Come on, just be spontaneous….! “ MindShift – the New Seminar at ComTeam

If you try to bring forth new ideas just on your own or with others, what you frequently feel is: a kind of “mind shift” is needed! But trying to do this will probably bring about a blockage of your thinking and acting.

The good news is: there is another way. To find new ideas, an innovative force and get an access to your creativity, all this you can learn. In our seminar „MindShift“ you can learn how to create a creative surrounding and how to bubble new and creative ideas.

Creativity
The most important factor for creativity is to be aware of the judgements which are connected with finding new ideas and innovations. Usually when growing up we just drop our quite natural access to our creativity. Then we start thinking of it as immature, just fun for its own sake, as lacking discipline and stains on the clothes. And indeed, to concentrate on your own creativity brings about much joy, independence and fun in using your fantasy. The art is to combine the childlike lightness of crossing borders with the discipline of the grown-up person. Because in contrast to the child the adult is able to “land” again, the creative phases have a time limit and they will be evaluated afterwards.

Innovations in companies
Innovations are probably the biggest unused potential in all companies and a very large resource. The economic pressure during the last five years has contributed to the fact, that creative space and having fun in your work, lightness and joy are no longer valued in the cooperate culture. The belief that you can get performance by means of pressure has been very strong. But pressure causes stress and this brings frustration, deficits in performance and “burn-out” is what follows. Besides new ideas and innovations, the advantage of creative work is the experience of a kind of “slipstream”. And it is insight and “slipstream” that make even hard work light.

When you want to bring a heavy airplane into the air, and that is how many people experience their work, there has to be the right relation between pressure and slipstream; exactly two thirds of pressure and one third of slipstream is what is needed. Creativity as well needs a kind of pressure. It needs discipline, steadfastness and frustration tolerance. To take off into your own creativity is a question of your inner attitude and your decision.

The methods and techniques we are using in this seminar can help to bring awareness into these attitudes. Then you can train and test your “ability to fly” with the help of experienced trainers
