ComTeam Offers a New Service: Telephone-Coaching

Sometimes there are situations were you want to have a support that is flexible in terms of time: may be for to reflect on a change-process or on your business situation as a whole, for to deal with professional questions or for to work with some of your specific topics. These are some of the situations were we offer telephone-coaching.

Depending on the subject, one of our ComTeam consultants who is both able to be a support and an expert in the question concerned, will be ready to talk to you. This is a form of coaching that enables you to get “quick-wins” in your everyday business life. There may be questions about how to create a workshop or a jour- fixe successfully or you might want to reflect your role as an executive. We as ComTeam consultants will tell you when we think it is impossible to discuss the subject matter on the phone and will make a proposal for a different setting.

All those of you who have been in one of our open or in-house seminars may come back to one of the trainers of the seminar. There is the advantage of an already established trustful relationship between you and the coach and you can build on what you’ve learned in the training course.

The costs for telephone-coaching are € 35, -- for each started quarter of an hour and you will get a receipt.
