But nevertheless in everyday work life there seems to be a hesitation, a fear – a fear of the future and of the unknown. Signs are that reality is being ignored, that there is indifference, restlessness and confusion, incapacity to act, a paralysis, a lack of remembering and it’s everyone looking after one’s own first.
So, what can be a support for companies when dealing with change?

Here’s an instruction for change:
In times of change
- It must be allowed to make mistakes, because it is out of mistakes that we learn the most.
So not to make mistakes is definitely a mistake. But not to learn out of mistakes is a mistake as well. - We need high self-esteem so that we allow ourselves to make mistakes.
- Learning is allowed and necessary. Learning means being efficient and this means to follow a new track.
Capacities we need for a time of change:
- Curiosity: Keeping your focus open – anything is allowed and possible in thinking.
- Solidarity: To support others, take care of them and encourage them to change and take part in their joy.
- Respecting the other, his/her ideas and contributions for change.
- Being as active as possible – and as passive as necessary in regard to shaping the future.
- Realize: the future is now!
