A recommendation for the beginning of the New Year
<a href="../unternehmen/community.php?tnr=8">Roberto Ramirez Schmidt</a> about the seminar <a href="../prozess/teamcoaching.php">Team coaching</a><br><br>
“There is a group of people, which follow certain objectives within a corporation or a project, and they want to serve the purpose of the company best. People usually have the necessary qualification, the motivation and the energy and they start full force.
<br><br>
But with the ongoing process it becomes obvious, that there are people interacting, and this creates a lot of new questions and themes to deal with. Some people especially like the social aspect of work and the more it’s like a soap opera, the better, others just stick to their tasks. Some are in the middle.
<br><br>
So what to do? Just to stick to the tasks doesn’t work; it just ignores the social issues. We think, it is important to deal with the communication and the relationships in a team consciously and adequately. This means to find a way of talking about these issues and to enhance transparency. The goal is to find a way of working and communicating together that is straight and open, so that there are no conflicts that hinder that the energy is brought into the work tasks.
<br>
In order to do that, it is important to deal with the following questions openly:
<liste>
<pkt>What is the right place of the individual within the team?
<pkt>How to deal with the hierarchy?
<pkt>What’s the influence of the single team member?
<pkt>How are appreciation and satisfaction expressed?</liste>
<br><br>
These are some of the important questions and it is mostly the leader of a team that has to deal with them.
<br><br>
In our seminar "Team coaching” you will get methods that help you deal with those questions and help you find solutions. It will help you to enhance the performance of your team and to improve the communication within the team. You will be able to identify clearly the obstacles and find ways to deal with them appropriately.
<br><br>
The main focus is: communication, roles in a team and the role of the team leader, norms in a team and the way the members collaborate. You will look at your team from the systemic perspective and will exercise interventions that will help the individuals and will help the team as a whole.
