How to create Cultural Change
A good and successful cooperation within the company needs a cultural framework and structures, which support and strengthen desirable behaviour. How you can consciously create corporate culture and the appropriate structures is shown in the seminar "Cultural Change", which took place for the first time about three weeks ago.
