ComTeam is 30 now!

We are celebrating ComTeam’s 30th anniversary:

On October 22, 1974, Heide and Walter G. Straub founded ComTeam on a redesigned farm in Upper Bavaria. Their idea was to combine work and leisure time. This philosophy is still working for us today. We facilitate change projects, we conduct leadership training and process manager courses, we develop teams, we coach and work as mediators.

More than 20.000 participants have been trained at ComTeam in Gmund and some even book our meeting and hotel facilities for their own events.

Our goal is to increase consultant projects and especially focus on leadership training.
