You will be able to open up new perspectives and find solutions for your own case studies, which fit your client and the context.

- Problem-orientation and solution-orientation: Two ways of looking at things and what the respective results are
- Creating a supportive atmosphere: All you can do for a supportive atmosphere that creates trust and brings out the resources of the client
- Empathy: How to use the intuitive side of your awareness
- Role: Reflecting your role and responsibility as a consultant or coach
- Feedback: Constructive feedback based on a video documentation of parts of your training sessions
