Change Management Program

Whether or not you want participation by the people affected, you really don't have a choice. For new solutions to be successful there has to be understanding and acceptance. Leadership, meaningful participation and determined implementation of solutions are necessary.

Building on what you have learnt in the core competency seminars, you will learn to enhance your ability to plan, construct and lead change projects in your company. Starting with assignment clarification of the project all the way to the implemention the solutions, you will learn how to structure your work and include the necessary steps for participation.

Goals of the training

  • Clarity: Being able to bring transparency of the interests and motives of those involved
  • Value experiences: Including the experiences and know-how of management and staff in the development of new solutions
  • Structuring the work: Establishing intelligent sub-divisions and developing solutions of high quality
  • Decision-making: Managing the decision-making processes with those responsible
  • Implementation: How to manage realisation, monitoring and controlling
  • Reflection: How to organize learning
  • Working with culture: How you can work with the culture of your organization
  • Conclusion: Finishing the project in a proper way

Structure of the training

The training starts with 5 seminars from the core competencies:

  • Facilitating Workshops and Meetings
  • Perceiving and Reflecting behavior
  • Project management for change processes
  • Power and Responsibility

The advanced training includes two seminars, “Architecture of Complex Projects” and “Culture, Crisis, Resistance” and a Supervision workshop. All these take place in a closed group, which intensifies the training and learning.

At the end of the programme you will receive a distinctive certificate.
