ComTeam Study 2010: Here are the first results!
The decision-making quality in companies

“Most of the time, those who decide have already a decision in their mind and just want to put it through” this is what 2/3 of all the participants of our new study say. Is this the reason why only 30% are really satisfied with the decisions made in their company, and 70 % are not really convinced? So it seems that making a decision which also satisfies the people who are involved in it, is quite a difficult task.
