Everybody is talking about the crisis, but what does it really mean for experts and executives now and in the future? This was what we wanted to find out with our new study: "Leadership 2.0 - Tomorrow's Business World".
The effects of the economic situation right now are massive: the personal work-situation and also the trust in leadership and executives are deeply affected. Therefore we took a look at how business executives are dealing with the crisis, how they deal with this lack of trust and with the pressure from both sides, from the "top" and from "below".
But as you can see in the title of our study, we deliberately look into the future, look at tomorrow's leadership: What are the main future topics, the main trends? Which are the roles business executives have to fulfill in the future? Which attitudes and behavior will employees expect? Which are the goals and the values that will be important? What is a company's rate of return that is acceptable in the future? In what way will executives learn?
