Our Way or Working - The specifics of the ComTeam Trainings
Understanding and Utilizing: ComTeam trainings focus on skills rather than on theoretical knowledge, on the application of learning and the transfer into practice.
Experience: All ComTeam trainers have several years of experience as business consultants. We know what will work in organizations and we are familiar with requirements and limitations.
Sociability: We favor cordiality more than formality. We devote time to you and your concerns.
Intensity: Small groups and two trainers who are available to you all day guarantee an intense learning experience, be it with the whole group, in small groups, on a pleasant walk or in the evening at the fireplace.
Individuality: We respect individual styles and peculiarities and we don’t believe much in recipes.
Methods, Structures and Personality: Methods and structures are not all that you need. Role clarity, self confidence, an ability to deal with conflicts and to see the interests of all the people involved will also determine the outcome of your work. That is why reflecting on what you are doing is an important part of all the training courses we offer.
